Description: Quantum Biofeedback is an exciting new field within the Integrative and Complementary Health Care arena. As the need for safe, non invasive, non toxic yet highly effective health care options increases in popularity, highly qualified and professionally trained Biofeedback Technicians and Therapists are also in increasingly high demand. CIHS has therefore created a Certificate program with these needs in mind.
The first step (Level One) results with attaining a Certificate as a Certified Biofeedback Technician (CBT). The five modules that are required for a student to become a CBT are as follows:
All courses BFB 101, BFB 102, BFB 103a, BFB 103b, BFB 104 and BFB 105 are completed online. The student will be required to hand in one case study and a supporting 2000 word dissertation.
While completing the 5 required modules, the student must continue to operate under Supervision until they complete Level One. Supervision will continue provided that the student continues with Level Two and graduates as a Registered Biofeedback Therapist within 12 months of completing Level Two. The Supervision component of the program is conducted via e mail and telephone / Skype contact between supervisor and student. Note that Biofeedback is still a self-regulated profession and the designations are optional but strongly advised in accordance with pending government regulations in North America.

Evaluation:
- Completion of all quizzes, assignments and case study
- A 2000 word dissertation on a successful case study is required for completion of Level 1
- A passing grade of 70% or higher on all online tests.
Prerequisites:
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in the English language
- The student will need a LIFE system or a demo version of the LIFE system for the 3 days of hands on education. Contact the school for further details.
